The BIG DROP DTL is your best option to hit the slopes quick! Your BIG DROP DTL card automatically bills your credit card at the 50% discounted regular season window ticket rate when you visit. A receipt is automatically emailed to you upon the first scan. Like a season pass, you no longer need to visit guest services or remember to pre-load your card. IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED:
BIG DROP CARD purchases are subject to your acceptance of our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver) which will affect your legal rights including the right to sue.
A Waiver must be read and signed before your pass will be issued. If the Waiver is not completed, access to Norquay’s facilities will not be permitted.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. BIG DROP Cards (BDC) provide a 50% saving on full price, regular season window rate lift tickets only.
2. BDC’s are non-transferable and can be used once per day. BDC are valid only for the person whose photograph appears on it. Should any other person attempt to use the BDC it will be confiscated without rebate and that person will be prosecuted under the Criminal Code of Canada.
3. BDC cards are non-refundable, including any un-used days pre-purchased on BDC-Classic cards. All sales final.
4. Lost or stolen BDC: There is a $25 charge for all replacement cards. Cardholder will be issued a lift ticket on the first occurrence (charged at 50% of window rate), on subsequent visits cardholder will be required to purchase a replacement BDC. Please notify Norquay Guest Services immediately should a card be lost or stolen. Norquay is not responsible for charges made to credit cards linked to BDC - Direct to Lift cards should a card be stolen.
5. Card must always visible when lining up for and loading lifts.
6. All BDC’s remain the property of Mount Norquay.
7. Card is valid for the 2023/24 season only.
